Internal migration - the territorial exchange of people, accompanied by a change of place of residence.
People who arrived in town X are the people who changed their domicile/temporary residence from another town;
People who have left X locality are people who have changed their domicile/temporary residence to another locality where they settle.
In some cases, there may occur insignificant discrepancies between the totals and corresponding sums of the components, fact thatcould be explained by data approximation.
